The Cookie Art Cart is a hands-on cookie baking and decorating experience for all ages! We bring the fun to you! To create
these tasty treats, we bring everything necessary to make this activity eventful and fun. Yes, we even bring the oven. If
you don't want to do the baking at your party, we can provide pre-baked cookies for a cookie decorating session. You can decide,
and we'll do the rest!
My inspiration for cooking & entertaining comes from a family of great cooks in East Texas, which includes my Mother
Thelma & my Aunts. Watching them as a child is how I learned. And still today their recipes continue to inspire me to
be more creative in the kitchen.
The Cookie Art Cart began by planning a party for one of our children, Asa. Asa & I wanted to do something a little
different for her sixth birthday. So from the numerous cookbooks that I collect, I placed my fingers on a few that read cookie
decorating. I looked through them, and saw all the beautiful creations. It was then when Asa & I decided that we would
have a cookie baking & decorating party for a few of her friends. It was so much fun! The kids really enjoyed it and so
did the adults. There were many smiles on those tiny faces that day, which in return put a big smile on ours. With encouragement
and support from my family, The Cookie Art Cart originated in January 2003.
It is a joy seeing the excitement of our "little" customers when they are admiring their works of edible art.
The Cookie Art Cart also offers more! We have a delicious line of products that keep our "big"customers coming back
for more. We also specialize in several different flavors of gourmet cookies, old-fashioned cakes and pies. The OATMEAL RAISIN
WALNUT cookie and our signature STRAWBERRY BUTTER CREAM cake keeps them all coming back again and again!
